Cannot restore Auto Complete

I have checked the relevant box in Internet Options but still no luck. Any
suggestions gratefully received.

I.ve been having the same problem.

the solutions 1 and 2 at your second link have been done. However the
solution 3 suggestion ran into a snag - RSABase.dll cannot be found.
Where can I find it? Is there a way to extract it from the I386
folder?
