Cannot remove DNS entry - Please Help

I have two DNS servers (DC's) that are AD integrated. While trying to
remove a DND PTR record everything looks find until I refresh and the
records there again, as if it's registered.

Can anybody help me with this one?

This came to my attention this morning, is the PTR an uppercase name?
You cannot delete DNS PTR records that contain uppercase characters in
Windows Server 2003
