Hi

I have Outlook XP connected to Exchange 2K3. I moved my
address books from my Personal Folder to my Exchange
Mailbox. Since then, for whatever reason, I have a
Contact folder that appears on my list of Address Books
that doesn't really exit and I cannot remove it. If I
try to access it I get a message that I don't have the
permissions to access it... How can I remove this
folder, it's very annoying.

Thanks

Ninon

Go to Tools | E-mail Accounts, select View or change existing directories or
address books, click Next, select the Outlook Address Book and click
Change...does the phantom Contacts folder appear in the list? If so, remove
it.

Thank you Jocelyn!

I'll try it when I'm back in the office on Monday.

I'll let you know how it went.

Hi Jocelyn,

It worked... I had to redo it a few times as it seems
like the folders were coming back but I finally got ride
of them. :-)

Thanks again
