I have a couple of cases where userA has had UserB's mailbox added to their
Outlook. Then later UserA wants this mailbox removed, but it does not show up
where you would usually add or remove additional mailboxes.

In other words I go to

Tools->Email Accounts-> View or Change->Change -> More Settings -> Advanced
and do not see UserB listed as an additional mailbox.

How do I remove userB's mailbox from userA's Outlook with out uninstall and
reinstalling Outlook (and probably all of Office)

This is

Try creating a new Outlook profile for UserA.

Thanks Hal, but is there anyway of doing this short of creating a new
profile? Any secret editing of the registry or something like that

Not that I know of, plus the error looks like it could be the result of a
damaged profile, which is why I suggested creating a new one. New profiles
are a lot easier to do than uninstalling/re-installing Office or Outlook.
