Cannot relicate SYSVOL

Hi, Im getting this error
Domain membership test . . . . . . : Failed
[WARNING] Ths system volume has not been completely
replicated to the local
machine. This machine is not working properly as a DC.

I can't replicate the Netlogon and Sysvol from win 2000
DC to win 2003 DC any help ?

My network looks half /half
 
Without any more information about the environment, I
would say that you need to look at the dns structure of
your environment. Where is the 2003 server pointed for
dns? I would make sure that it is pointed only to the
2000 dc.

What do you need to check it out ? I test every DNS record
with a nslookup test , I got reply for all records.
What's wrong !!!! Or tell me exactly what i must to
check !!
