I have been using C# for a year no problem. Then I
uninstall .net to do some testing and then reinstall it.
Then my Visual C# no longer works - I try repairing it
but that fails. So I uninstall it and try to install it
again.

Now it is asking for a Windows Components Disk. The
product only came with 3 disks and this is not one of
them. Is there a link I can go to get the Windows
Components?? How can I get by this? HELP!!

The component disk is the actual disk 1. It contains a number of stuff
that is required for Visual Studio to work.

After inserting disk 1 you will have to insert component disk, then disk1
again, then 2 and so on. Or at least that is what installing Visual
Studio was. Not sure how the installation of Visual C# is done :(
