when i open my emails it has suddenly started asking for my logon details. I
can not remember them?

If you don't remember your username and password, call your mail
service provider. They may have a web page where you can reset
your password.

Do you know it has only just began asking for me to logon before i can
recieve emails, never has before?

My daughter cannot receive any of my mails but from gmail. My server said
its at her end. The only thing I can figure is the Firewall is blocking me
or She put in a new program. (Panda). Any help out there.

There is no way to recover the lost password from Windows Mail.
So, you have at least two issues:
(a) recalling the correct username and password, and
(b) fixing the problem that caused the existing password to become corrupt.

I already gave you the solution for (a).
For (b):
First, test your password by logging in to your provider's webmail.
If that works, it proves you have the correct username and password.
A likely reason for the username/password failing is account corruption.
One thing you should try as a possible quick fix is to delete that corrupted
mail account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate that account.

If that doesn't fix it, more drastic measures will have to be taken.
Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

If turning off the email scanning function does not resolve your problem,
consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to
suffering bad effects from overly aggressive antivirus programs.

Email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, for reasons
explained here:

Do you mean that you are able to send email successfully to your
daughter when sending via Gmail webmail (http://gmail.com)?

When it fails, are you sending from your Cogeco.ca account via
Windows Mail? If yes, and you don't get an error message or non-
delivery notice, have your daughter look in the spam folders in two
places: the Junk E-mail folder in her mail program, and the Spam
folder in her provider's webmail.
