Cannot receive email

Frontline Foreign Missions, Int'l.

HELP

I am using windows Vista and have a problem receiving my email. I am able to
send mail with no problem.
I am not able to receive any mail. I am not receiving any error messages. It
appears to work fine. Only problem is where is my mail going?

I presume you looked in the Junk E-mail folder and in the
Deleted Items folder. What happens when you send an email
to yourself?

Make sure you are not running a non-compatible antivirus program,
like McAfee or Norton.

I have Vista & Norton works just fine, no problems with it & it checks
emails.
Also, I have two email addresses & only one user account. I also had a
problem receiving emails, but could send from the 2nd account.
Solved it by going to "Tools" then "Accounts" & checked properties. I then
put in correct email addresses, POP info, name, etc. & all then worked fine.

Again, I have Vista & Norton works fine. (But it takes too long on boot up
to run. :-( )
