Cannot receive email with Outlook

My POP3 is correct per my ISP Comcast. Yesterday Outlook suddenly stopped
receiving email and it is being diverted to Comcast's mail program. I still
can send email through Outlook. I did not make any changes to OUtlook
settings

Do you get any error messages?
Sometimes reinputting the info can correct the problem and make sure you
type the correct Password and the email address.
Do you have an Anti-virus scan outbound and inbound emails?

Your messages remain on the mail server and are available to "Comcast's mail
program" until you've downloaded them into OL (assuming certain OL settings
for the account).
