Cannot reach toolbars from taskbar

Hi all,

When I choose toolbars, after rightclicking on the taskbar, the
toolbar menu is greyed. I cannot select any of the available toolbars.
Something must have happened, it worked earlier.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your advice; there was no "NoCloseDragDropBands" in my
registry but the "ClassicShell" value was the culprit.
