Cannot Print!

We had a Lexmark Z33 for two years then it just quit
printing. We tried everything the "troubleshooting" told
us. Nothing. Just bought a new Lexmark Combo and the
exact problem still there Microsoft is no help can anyone
help
 
You must correctly UNINSTALL before you can reinstall... and it's a Lexmark.
Nothing to do with Microsoft or Windows, more to do with the way Lexmark
write their drivers.

DISCONNECT the printer from the PC.

Follow Bruce Sanderson's instructions TO THE LETTER and pay particular
attention to Steps 14 to 16

Download a new set of drivers from www.lexmark.com. Install the software.
DO NOT connect the printer UNTIL the software TELLS YOU TO DO SO.

Next time, remember there are other printer manufacturers besides Lexmark.
Cheap isn't necessarily good.
