Cannot print with user attributes

Please help someone,
When I am logged on with restricted user attributes (i.e.,
not power user and not admin) I cannot print with. I have
allowed everyone the authority to print in the printer
profiles. If I change my uids authrority to power user or
administrator, I can print. Any clues?

Thanks,
Robert

check acls on the spool directory

default
\winnt\system32\spool\printers

I have also seen user failure to print if the driver writes temp files
somewhere that user does normally have rights to.

Be sure your specific restricted user (or any of his
groups) aren't specifically excluded from printing to that
printer. If he or any of his groups are explicitly set to
NO ACCESS for that printer, that setting overrides general
the EVERYONE=PRINT access.
