cannot print on the web

when trying to print online, an error box appears
stating :
internet explorer script error

error : access is denied
code 0
url : res//c:\windows\system32\shdoclc/preview.dlg

i can find shdoclc on c drive, but not the preview.

please help!!!!!!!!
