cannot print multiple copies over network

I have a w98 machine as a print server, I cannot print mutiple copies of
anything from my W2K box. I have no problem printing multiple copies from
another W98 machine.

I have seen the ms support article, and have tried everything they listed
with no additional results.
 
Check your printer driver on the W2k box - maybe get the latest one from the
manufacturer.

Word from HP is that MS has the latest driver on W2K cd! If you go to their
website, there is no driver to download [for W2K]!: HP Deskjet 820Cse.
