J Jan Il Apr 28, 2005 #2 Hi Larisa Printing problems in IE can depend on many things, and you do not mention any error messages you may be getting, if any, so try the following and see if it helps: Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm Some troubleshooting tips to look at here: http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers_8.htm#print Go to View>Encoding and turn off Autoselect. Selecting that option can cause various problems. Cannot Print Web Pages http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q298847/ Troubleshooting the Printing of Web Pages in Internet Explorer http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=255076 Also, make sure the correct printer is selected.
