Cannot print graphics files after SP2 Install

After installing SP2, when I try to print a jpg or other
graphics file, I get the "save as" dialog box instead of
the print dialog.

What is the application you are printing from?

Is the printer port set to FILE:? (not sure why SP2 would change the port
though).

Is this a local printer or a connection to a shared printer?

Thanks Alan,
The default printer is a laser printer local to this
machine, but is also shared with other computers on the
network.
This is a new problem that did not occur prior to
installing SP2. However, I'm now leaning to blaming
Microsoft Photo Editor which consistently has the
problem. If I open a jpg file with Microsoft Office
Picture Manager, I can print. But if I right click to
print, it tries to print using Photo Editor, and I get
the "save as" dialog.
