Hi.
One of our users is having a problem where he cannot print emails that are
in his inbox.
If we choose a calendar item and print that all is fine.
In an email we click File > Print - nothing happens. the menu goes away as
if you never clicked it. When usually it would pop up with the printing
window allowing you to change printer and settings.
I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled it. Same problem - i then patched
it back up to SP3 and still i have this problem.
It's only one user of maybe 75 and no one else has this problem. Can anyone
help?
