Cannot play back the file. The format is not supported.
(Error=80040265)

I am getting this error could u please give me the
solution for this.

I was unable to watch movies due to this.

Typically that means that you dont have the codec needed to play the file.
You probably have issues with the Divx codec (www.divx.com) which is very
popular but not included with the player.
