Cannot open window to install Beta 2 x68 update

I get that general "cannot display page" message when I push the download
button after validation is completed when trying to download be Beta 2 x68
update. In fact, I get that message when I try to download any microsoft
software. This just started and it happens for both of my computers. Is this
a problem with microsoft website or my computers. I have not had this problem
in the past.

I guess you are with MSAS 1

Have you tried going to Windows Update and checking for available updates?
Whatever you do, (installing and updateting or unistalling) always as a
adinistratºr.
This is the key!
The installation as an admin is not enough.
You needed to login as an adm!n.

Can you gº to Windows Update, select Express (Get high-priority updates),
and apply all offered updªtes

Once that is finished, can you verify the update installs? There are many
pre-requisite files which are needed from windows update and signature update
with windows defender will fail until you hªve these f!les.

Install Windows Installer 3.1 v2 (3.1.4000.2435) is availªble here:

Look for the broom Clean up, also Tune Up..
