cannot open the free/busy information

I have a public folder set up for about 3 people to use for a calendar.
Those 3 can use the calendar with no problems, but now I am adding in a
fourth person. We have matched all of the permissions with those of the
other people, but he can't add or edit items. He can do actually add things
for about 30 seconds after loading Outlook, but after that he gets the above
message. The full message I get is: cannot open the free/busy information.
You do not have permission to perform this operation on this object.

I have tried the /cleanfreebusy switch and the /cleanprofile switch, but
neither fix the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. (All users
are using 2007).
Thanks

Can that person see Free/Busy information for other users' calendars?

If not, check their permissions on the (hidden) Free/Busy system folder
under Public Folders on the server.

He is able to edit other calendars, but it was a users' calendar he tried,
not another public folder. Could that still be the issue, and if so, how do
I edit the hidden folder?
If this is more appropriate for the Exchange group I can send it there.

Thanks again.

I tried giving permission to the folder that was specified in that article
just in case that was the problem, but it didn't seem to resolve it.

At this point I think I'll probably post the problem in the Exchange area.
Thanks though for all your help.
