you could have either of these problems:
1) Faulty mouse (if you need to press the mouse button really hard and let
it up really slow while performing other operations). Solution - replace the
mouse.
2) Slow internet connection (if you have the same problem with accessing
webpages by typing the web page link in the web browser window). If that is
the case, change your provider. My recommendation would be MSN:
http://join.msn.com
3)Check mouse settings: Control Panel -> Printers and Other Devices -> Mouse
4)Finally, the websites on the internet comes and goes. It could be that
some of the sites from your link do not exist any more
