Since install Win XP SP2, I cannot get URLs ( I receive via OE) that end
with a *.swf to open. IE opens but it shows in status bar it is downloading
from http://........................ But stays hung there. This has
happened on more than 1 occasion. Here is one I recently tried:

Any ideas or help?
