my suggestions would be the following:
- try to run "Detect and Repair" to set Outlook back to its original
settings (including a whole lot of registry settings)
- if this wouldn't be enough, you could run Cleansweep (this is NOT
the same as Symantecs application.) The problem is that it last
shipped with MS BackOffice Resource Kit v2.0 (on Cd 2) and with
Outlook 97. Instructions on how to use it, you can find on the MS
Knowledge Base at
www.microsoft.com (section Support)
- if you are working in an Exchange environment then you could make
some changes on the server also (unfortunately I know only the client
side...
