Cannot open Photo CD's

Help! I cannot open any of my photo CD's. I can open or play anything else!
I can open the media cards from my camera through my printer/copier/scanner.
When I try to open a Image CD from my CD it doesn't do anything!
 
Hello,

When you say that you try to open your photo CDs, how are you trying to open
them? Can you go into My Computer and explore the CD? If so, do you see
any pictures on the CD? If you insert the CD and Autoplay doesn't launch,
it could just be that it needs to be enabled (My Computer -> right-click on
CD -> Properties -> Autoplay tab). Also, what format is this CD and how was
it created?
