i'm using win.98,SE and I.E. browser.

when i try to open web pages that i've saved with "HTML only" option under
Save as to my local documents folder i often get:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings.

how can i save these pages without having to use "as Complete pages" or
copying and pasting in a Word file?
thanks,
jim

Try saving as a Web Archive. It will be one page but will have all the
graphics also.

Try a repair on your IE. Go to Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs,
go down the list until you see your version of IE, highlight it then at the
bottom right, click the Add/Remove button. A pop-up will appear giving you
options and one is to Repair and maybe even reinstall.
