Cannot open or download file

Hi,

I am getting an error as Could not open file while trying to view an Excel
file over a secure site. I was facing this issue with IE 5.5 and have
upgraded to IE 6 SP1 but still the issue persists. This happens only on my
computer.

Is this some kind of a known issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

get mozilla's firefox....it's way better and you can control security
