I asked this before and got notified I had an answer, but
cannot find it. When my husband tries to open My
Pictures, as soon as he clicks on it, he gets an error
message that Windows Explorer has encountered a problem
and must shut down, which it then does. this is when he
clicks on the special folder, not any specific folder
within the Special Folder. This does not happen on by
log in, only on his.
What is he doing wrong?

Maybe some of the follosing info will be useful:
Do you happen to have Adobe PhotoShop or
Elements installed?
If you do...right click on a .jpg file and choose
Properties. Click the Photoshop Image tab
and uncheck the "Generate Thumbnails" button,
then click OK.
