Cannot Open MXUIShell.MXE

I installed and ran a program on System Suite 5 last night. This morning a desktop icon showed up with MXUIShell.MXE on it. The message when opened is "Windows cannot open this file." I've tried finding out where it came from and had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Susan
