Cannot open msg attachments in Outlook 2003

Hi everyone,

Problem: cannot open .msg attachments
Software: MS Outlook 2003

1. Client Outlook Express (Windows XP SP2) gets new mail (forwarded form
someone)
2. The mail is than forwarded to other user
3. User is using MS Outlook 2003 (Windows XP SP2 + Office 2003 with latest
SP)
4. User can't open attached email (no error message - clicked twice and nothing
happens):
- saving email as file and opening for disk does not work,
- if Outlook closed duble clicking the email file will start Outlook and
nothing happens,
- the same forwarded email works fine when opened in Mozilla Thunderbird
on different PC even when it was forwarded form Outlook.
- Outlook has no problems with opening different attachments.

Does anyone have solution to this problem?
