cannot open most programs..an error window pops up and says "The file does not have a program with it for performing this action. Create an association in Folder Options control panel." What can I do to fix this as most of my programs dont work. Only internet works and not even all the links owk

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
