Cannot Open More Than 1 Window At A Time

If I have a website open and want to open a new window,
the old window closes and the new one opens. Sometimes
they are both closed. This problem has been nonstop for
a few days. Does anyone have any suggestions? Email me
or post here. Thanks!
 
Got the same problem with pages not opening when it's a link. The new browser opens but remains a ghost ( empty ) loading statis bar remains stuck about half way
