Cannot open links in IE or send hyper links..have followed MS arti

I run xp pro, norton, webroot spyware & lava software, always delete cookies,
temp files & history regurlarly but most web pages have blank boxes os says
action cancelled... also cannot open some links. Started checking MS for
solutions... have checked reg keys..etc & found regsvr32 msjava.dll failed as
specified module could not be found!!!! hepl me please so lost & fustrated!!!

hi have done parasite check all ok down loaded spyware blasted...still not helped with msjavadll thats not right
