"Cannot open Key" during install

Windows 2000 Pro
Logged in as user with Admin rights

Running Spyware Stormer -and-
Spyware Doctor, both of which it seems the installer has
de-activated. They don't work anyway.

Please help.

I would recommend uninstalling Spyware Doctor and Spyware Stormer. The
latter is on Eric Howes Rogue list:

See whether that does the job. I'm hesitant to suggest doing more 'til we
see if the simple stuff fixes it.
