Hi
I wonder if you can help me solve this problem
After a fresh reboot of a PC running XP I am able to view a locally stored
web page on my hard drive - for example pages that I have created for a web
site; I do this by double clicking the page/file name in windows explorer.
After a while (usually within a couple of minutes) something happens when I
double-click page/file name the following error occurs "There was a problem
sending the command to the program"
The only way I can view it is by opening IE - and typing the local URL (all
rather long winded)
I have uninstalled IE - repaired IE run several other diagnostics, and
cannot stop this from happening. Your help would be appreciated
