Cannot open file TFTP3492

When the system boots up it tells me it cannot find file:
TFTP3492. I can click okay and use all the programs just
fine. Internet is the problem. About 3 minutes into an
internet session I get a warning about this TFTP3492 and
the system shuts itself down with a timer. Is this a
virus?
