Cannot open/edit Access Reports

Recently our IT Dept switched our printer to a different
server. When I try to open a report in either Print
Preview or Design view I receive the following error:
"There was a problem retrieving printer information for
the object. The object may have been sent to a printer
that is unavailable." I can print the report, but I
cannot view/edit it. We are using Windows xp and Access
2002. Cheers.

Try, with the report closed to select it in the db window, then from the
File menu choose page set up. You'll likely get the message again with the
option to set the report to use the default printer. Choose yes. Then you
should be able to open and design it. if you don't get the message
(unlikely,) then on the Page tab of the Print Set Up dialog, click the radio
button that specifies that the report should use your default printer.
