Cannot open DLL "stsnwi.dll" error

When publishing to a website, I get an 'Cannot open DLL "stsnwi.dll" error'.
I went to the Microsoft help menu to get a fix. This did not fix the error.
Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks for the help.

did you ever get an answer? I have just begun getting this error too.
The KB fix didn't work. There were no reg entries that matched the fix.
