Cannot open Device Manager

Try these steps:
1. From your desktop, right click on My Computer. Left
click on Properties. Left click on the Hardware tab. Left
click on Device Manager.

2. From your desktop, right click on My Computer. Left
click on Open. Do you see a Control Panel icon? Take it
from there.
