Windows XP Cannot Open Default E-mail

I just installed Microsoft Outlook 2007 on my XP but when I try to open it it tells me it cannot open my default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.com.dll

Any suggestions?

There is a known bug where Instant Search does not work for Microsoft Office Outlook Connector mailboxes. There is a workaround to enable legacy search for these mailboxes:

Go to Tools, Options menu then choose Search Options. In the Indexing list, remove the check for the Outlook connector mailboxes.

Outlook fails to load because of errors with “msncon32.dll” or “msncon.dll”.
