R Roger Carlson Feb 8, 2005 #2 The only times I have gotten that error were: 1) when I was trying to open a higher version database in a lower version of Access (i.e. trying to open an Access 2000 database in Access97) or 2) when the database was corrupted beyond repair. If you know you have the right version, check out these two data corruption sites: http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/OtherLibraries.asp#Whittle,Jerry and download the "Fix Corrupt Access Database 3.9" document and http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm -- --Roger Carlson Access Database Samples: www.rogersaccesslibrary.com Want answers to your Access questions in your Email?
