Cannot open Calender Items

I have Outlook 2003 and a calender populated with many events. However,
all of a sudden, I cannot 'open' the event. It simply does not open up.
I can create sub-calenders and they operate just fine. The calender
reminders are not popping up either.

Any clues?

I have the same problem, Icannot creat new appointments either. Have you
found a solution?
