You need to open Outlook Express, not Internet Explorer.

| thanks for your reply i have tried this and got as far as security then
what do I click on then as I have several options eg internet, local
internet, trusted sites, restricted sites, custom level, default level but i
don,t seem to find uncheck do not allow attachmnets to be save. Plse reply
of what to click on from security.
