cannot open attachments in outlook 2007 beta

I am sorry that I posted here but i cannot find an office 2007 newsgroup. I
am using office 2007 beta with vista but people are having trouble opening e
mailed word docs, is there a reason for this?

When you save a document in Office2007, you have to save it in a
Office97-Office2003 format, not the default format in Office2007.

There is a known issue with Office 2007 and Adobe Acrobat (not Reader)
plug-in. Remove or disable the plug-in and then try. If you have more
issues, I'm sure the people here will be able to help or console you:
