Cannot open access file - error message

The access database I opened gives out the error msg:-
"<database name> isn't an index in this table. Look in the
Indexes collection of the TableDef object to determine the
valid index names"
and
"unexpected error 3015"

How did this happened? Oh, and how to rectify this please?
