Cannot obtain DC name for computer network

My domain is running all windows 2000 servers. I have 3
DC's, 2 exchange 2k servers (member servers) and 2 GC's.
I have been receiving this message in the App log on my
newest Exchange 2k server, not on any of the
DC's.....Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name
for your computer network. Return value (59).

Any idea's. I have not found any articles that cover my
specific issue. The error isn't coming up at regular
times. It can show up once every 3 hours or once every 30
min. I have noticed that my DC's are not replicating as
often as they should.
 
Looks like a DNS Issues to me...

If possible try (temporarly anyway) to simplifying the DNS Structure
by using only one DNS Server, point all servers dns client to that dns
server and make sure that the zone file gets updated with all srv
ecords (and corrsponding a recoprd) etc...
