cannot log on window

I cannot log my colleages account on my computer although
i can log on with the accounts already have had their
profiles in my computer. When i log on, i receive messeages
: " Window cannot log you on because the profile cannot be
loaded. Contact your administrator. Detail: System cannot
find the file specified". I'm using win 2000 professional
and log in my company network.Please give me a help.
 
Pop the registry open and see where his profile is supposed to point to.
Perhaps he uses a raoming user profile that is not available?
