cannot log-in to machine emergency

I recently decided to unistall via add/remove internet
explorer SP1. However, when I restarted, it stated that it
cannot find one dll and another failed to load, both
happen to be log-in dll's. One of them is called
msgina.dll. How can I restore my computer without losing
my data? This is urgent. Please help ASAP. Thank you.
 
Type msgina.dll in Google's address bar. You should see alot of info
on your problem.
