Cannot log in as when I first installed WXP

a recently installed program with the file ginamsi.dll
has changed my logon screen of my user account. Now it
shows up with my name and the option of shutting down. I
believe it must have been an update that I installed. I
need to know what program uses the file Ginamsi.dll.
