cannot load win2000

I am trying to load win2000 onto a new hard-drive
(Western HAR-80SATA), & I get to the point,aftr loading
the Raid drivers, where I accept the Windows contract
terms, the drive is formatted & the installation starts
to take place. The I get the following message:

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error
screen, restart your computer. If it appears again...

Does anyone know a work-around for this?
