The following message appeared a couple of days on log on to Windows XP and
now I cannot find any of the files for the other users. It also appears that
my administrative privileges have been removed even though in the control
panel it states that I still have administrative privileges... Why did this
happen and how can I locate the thousands of files that have seemingly
disappeared along with those profiles???

you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning

Windows saved user ANNETTE\Sara Wentworth registry while an application or
service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the

This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring
the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.
